We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Assistant to support purchasing activities and ensure the timely acquisition of goods and services required for business operations. The role involves assisting with vendor communication, preparing purchase orders, and maintaining procurement records. The ideal candidate will help monitor inventory levels, compare supplier quotations, and track deliveries to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on schedule. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers.

Assist in sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, and evaluating pricing and delivery terms.
Prepare, process, and follow up on purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
Maintain accurate procurement records, vendor databases, and purchasing documentation.
Coordinate with suppliers to track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and ensure timely receipt of goods.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment requirements to the procurement team.
Support contract administration, invoice verification, and reconciliation of procurement-related transactions.
Collaborate with internal departments to understand purchasing needs and ensure uninterrupted operations.
Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
