We are looking for a highly polished Private Client Advisor / Relationship & Alliance Lead who can build trusted relationships with UHNW families, CXOs, entrepreneurs, corporate leaders and Mumbai's luxury ecosystem.

This is not a conventional sales role. It is an opportunity to become a trusted private advisor to an elite clientele and represent a premium, market-disrupting concept.

What You Will Do

• Build and nurture relationships with UHNW clients, luxury brand partners and premium networks.
• Develop alliances with family offices, luxury concierge services, corporate networks and elite communities.
• Manage warm referrals and convert high-value prospects into Villa Residency and Club Access members.
• Curate an exceptional client journey from Mumbai to the Alibaug estate.
• Host exclusive weekend Open Houses and personally present the property's luxury, wellness and sports offerings.
• Build long-term relationships rather than transactional sales.

Who Are We Looking For?

4-5 years of successful experience in one or more of the following:

• Luxury Sales
• Private Wealth Management
• 5-Star Hotels / Luxury Resorts
• Premium Real Estate
• High-End Club / Membership Sales
• Luxury Lifestyle / Premium Client Advisory

You should possess:

Exceptional communication | Refined grooming | Strong EQ | Client-facing gravitas | Relationship-building ability | Proven high-value sales track record
