Printing Machine Operator

Job Description

Uniquearts is looking for Printing Machine Operator to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.

Set up and operate printing machines, including selecting and mounting printing plates, adjusting ink and water flow, and setting up the feeder and delivery systems. Monitor the printing process to ensure that printed materials are of high quality and meet customer specifications. Troubleshoot issues with the printing machine and make adjustments as necessary to ensure continuous operation. Perform regular maintenance on the printing machine to ensure that it is in good working condition, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn or damaged parts. Collaborate with the production team to ensure that printing jobs are completed on time and to the required quality standards. Communicate with customers to understand their printing needs and ensure that printed materials meet their specifications. Maintain records of printing jobs, including materials used, time spent, and any issues encountered. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations related to printing operations. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Good mechanical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair printing machines.
