Qualification : MA M Ed. Or. Ph.D.
Masters with a minimum B. Ed. and teaching and administrative experience of at least 5 years

Academic Leadership:

Provide visionary leadership to the academic team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education in line with ICSE curriculum standards.
Foster a culture of academic excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Curriculum Development:

Oversee the development, implementation, and enhancement of the ICSE curriculum.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of teaching and learning methodologies.

Faculty Management:

Recruit, train, and manage a team of qualified and dedicated teaching staff.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide professional development opportunities.

Student Welfare:

Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for students.
Oversee student discipline, counseling, and well-being initiatives.

Parent and Community Engagement:

Build strong relationships with parents, involving them in the educational process.
Collaborate with the local community to enhance the school's standing and impact.

Administrative Oversight:

Manage day-to-day school operations, including budgeting, resource allocation, and facilities management.
Ensure compliance with educational regulations and standards.

Innovation and Technology Integration:
