Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons that support holistic child developmentcognitive, social, emotional, physical, and language.
Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
Use play-based learning, storytelling, art, music, and hands-on activities to enhance curiosity and creativity.
Build literacy and numeracy skills through interactive and imaginative methods.
Encourage social skills, empathy, and emotional regulation through positive role modeling.
Observe and assess childrens progress, identifying strengths and growth areas.
Collaborate with parents and colleagues to support individual learning needs.
Maintain regular communication with parents regarding progress and milestones.
Stay current with best practices in early childhood education through continuous professional development.
