Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher / Early Childhood Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about working with young children and possess a warm and nurturing personality. You will play a key role in fostering a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Create a safe, caring, and stimulating classroom environment
- Plan and implement age-appropriate learning activities and creative sessions
- Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning
- Monitor and document each childs progress and communicate with parents
- Support classroom management and maintain discipline in a gentle and effective manner
- Collaborate with co-teachers and administrative staff to ensure smooth functioning of the class.
Requirements
- Graduation (Mandatory)
- Montessori / ECCEd qualification (Preferred)
- Strong passion for early childhood education
- Good command of the English language (spoken and written)
- Basic computer skills
- Creativity in art & craft is an added advantage
