Roles and Responsibilities

Plan and implement engaging lesson plans for pre-primary students, ensuring effective learning outcomes.
Develop and maintain a nurturing environment that promotes social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth of children.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and assess student progress.
Provide individualized attention to students who require extra support or have special needs.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-4 years of experience in teaching pre-primary education (nursery/preschool).
Bachelor's degree in relevant field such as B.Ed., Bed, ECED, Early Childhood Education, Montessori or Phonics.
Strong knowledge of phonics concepts for early childhood education.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with parents and colleagues.
ECED or Phonics certification is Mandotory.
