Location: Bangalore / Chennai / Mumbai

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Practice Lead for our Capital Markets Operations practice to drive transformation, innovation, capability development, and business growth initiatives.
This leadership role is focused on building differentiated offerings, driving enterprise transformation programs, enabling sales growth, and establishing future ready operational capabilities leveraging Digital, AI / ML, Automation, and emerging technologies such as Agentic AI.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Capital Markets Operations combined with strong consulting, solutioning, stakeholder management, and transformation leadership experience.
Required Experience & Skills
15+ years of experience in Capital Markets Business Operations
Strong domain expertise in one or more of the following areas:
- Wealth Management
- Investment Banking
- Asset Management
- Alternatives (PE, Private Credit, REIT)
- Custody & Securities Operations
Strong understanding of:
- AI / ML technologies
- Digital transformation
- Automation solutions
- Emerging technologies including Agentic AI
- Demonstrated experience in:
- Practice leadership
- Solutioning
- Consulting
- Sales enablement
- Business development
Strong techno functional mindset with strategic problem solving capabilities
Experience building accelerators, frameworks, and transformation assets
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
