About the role:

You will be a part of City team and will be working closely with the Business unit to ensure smoothoperations. You have to coordinate with different teams and connect with the Consumers pro- actively to ensure hassle free delivery experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with cross-functional internal teams for timely deliverables

Complete ownership of all the bookings that have been collected until it gets delivered

Maintaining google sheets and dashboards for tracking key metrics

Timely communication to Consumers for explaining internal processes
