Key Responsibilities:
Handle post-possession complaints through the NBH App (including leakage-related issues)
Coordinate with Project Teams, Vendors & Society Managers
Conduct site visits and inspect project infrastructure
Verify and process maintenance vendor bills
Track bills and ensure timely payment releases
Carry out flat inspections and prepare reports
