Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

The roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Technical evaluation of new technology hosting & piloting, field deployment and simulations for evaluation of cost effective and energy efficient new technologies in GTD space.
• Driving Innovation process like Power InnoVista, Innovation Councils and EIR
• Concept note preparation, tracking of collaboration activities, engagement with internal and external customers.
• Preparation of daily / monthly report, financial and business model, technical write-up, project reports, technical specifications, technical papers & presentations and ensuring up-to-date documentation for the record management.
• Handling business process of Collaboration & Innovation.
• Making presentations.
• Executing pilots and therefore willing to travel.
• Reactive Power Management for controlling system voltages.
• Designing of New Projects and Estimation of Costs.
• Analyzing technical offers against various tenders and issue of Technical Evaluation Report.
• Co-ordination with vendors & all internal / external services providers to ensure timely commissioning of equipment

Preferred candidate profile:

We are looking for candidates who are currently in the final year of M. Tech (Electrical with specialization in Renewable Energy) and would graduate in 2026.

• BE/B Tech in Electrical Engineering with Masters in Renewable Energy.
• Should have knowledge in electrical systems in GTD space, clear basics &
• fundamentals of Renewable Energy (how it is produced, sustained and how
• alternative forms contribute to renewable energy).
• Should have good skill in analytics, writing, presentation, financial analysis
• & business modeling.
• Should have basic knowledge of Power Plants, Renewables Energy
• Generation & Business, Power System Transmission and Distribution.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Addon: Power BI and MS Project.
• Good understanding of business function with ability to identify fitment of
• technologies within the business function.
• Additional Desirable areas: AI/ML understanding and application, Financial
• Modelling basics understanding
• Domain technical skill
• Problem Solving

• Quality orientation
• Design Skills with knowledge of Design tools relevant to domain
• Supplies Management

Shortlisting Criteria:

• 60% above throughout SSC, HSC, Graduation and PGP/MBA (if applicable)
• The applicant must not have any active backlogs (uncleared exams)
• The applicant should have completed all academic courses (Under - Graduation/ Post Graduation) within the stipulated tenure of course (e.g.: B.A./ B.Com./ B.Sc. in 3 year or B.E./ B. Tech. in 4 years, and MBA/ PGDM in 2 years)
• Candidate should be willing to travel and be posted anywhere in India at office, plant, project site location etc.
• Candidate to be declared medically fit by Company CMO
