Role Summary
We seek a dynamic & result driven Manager to drive growth in our Offline Market Agency Insurance Sales channel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for agent onboarding, field sales execution and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Field Sales & Business Development
- Drive Insurance sales through a network of agents and advisors.
- Conduct field visit to meet potential clients & agents.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the agency network.
Agent Onboarding & Training
- Recruit, onboard, and mentor insurance advisors/agents.
- Conduct training programs to enhance advisor productivity.
- Motivate and support agents to achieve milestones.
Sales Target Achievement
- Ensure consistent achievement of monthly & quarterly sales targets.
- Track agent performance and implement strategies to improve sales conversions.
- Drive revenue growth through structured sales planning.
