Job Description
Designation: Lead -Portfolio
Location- Bangalore / Mumbai
Reporting To- Portfolio Manager / Head Operations
Working Days- 6 days working
Role Type -Field Operations / Service Operations / Team Management
Required Skills & Competencies
• Strong experience in field operations, service operations, service delivery or retail operations.
• Proven experience in managing ASEs, field executives, service engineers or distributed field teams across
multiple locations.
• Strong leadership, team management, follow-up and execution skills.
• Good understanding of ticket management, beat planning, route planning, escalation handling and
customer-facing service operations.
• Good analytical ability with working knowledge of Excel, dashboards, trackers and operational reporting.
• Ability to manage pressure, multiple priorities, field escalations and large territories with a customer-first
mindset.
• High ownership, urgency, discipline and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Experience & Qualification
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in field service operations, service delivery, retail operations, payments,
fintech, telecom, BFSI, consumer durable service or related industries.
• At least 4-6 years of team handling experience, preferably managing ASEs, field executives, service
engineers or distributed field teams.
• Prior experience managing field teams across multiple locations is mandatory.
Preferred Industry Background
• Payments / Fintech / POS / EDC Machine Service
• Retail Operations / Service Delivery Operations / Field Force Management
• Telecom Field Operations / BFSI Service Operations / Consumer Durable Field Service
