Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Develop long-term visions and strategies for product portfolios to enhance market presence, reach, share, and penetration.
Create annual marketing plans and expense budgets for product portfolios.
Evaluate customer behavior towards products, identify gaps, and opportunities to optimize the portfolio through market research with key stakeholders.
Collaborate with the Sales team and other stakeholders to develop Sales and product forecasts.
Monitor industry, market, and competitive trends for concerned products/product categories, gathering market intelligence and analyzing product positioning.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute product strategies.

Job Requirements :

Experience in Portfolio Analysis, Marketing, Sales, and Portfolio Management.
Strong background in driving product revenue and profitability.
Ability to mentor staff on product marketing, branding, and promotional activities.
Excellent leadership skills to lead professional development and attend internal/external trainings.
A B.Sc. (Agri) / M.Sc. (Agri) and MBA with specialization in Marketing (or) Advertising and Business management is required.
