Develop and implement production plans to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products
Manage and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Monitor production output and quality, and implement corrective actions as needed
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
Manage plant resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to achieve production targets
Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and finance, to develop and implement business strategies
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Develop and manage budgets and financial forecasts
Recruit, train, and manage plant personnel, including supervisors and operators
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
