Develop and implement production plans to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality productsManage and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costsMonitor production output and quality, and implement corrective actions as neededEnsure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulationsManage plant resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to achieve production targetsDevelop and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholdersCollaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and finance, to develop and implement business strategiesMonitor and analyze key performance indicators and implement continuous improvement initiativesDevelop and manage budgets and financial forecastsRecruit, train, and manage plant personnel, including supervisors and operators.
