Global Establishment for Quality Services is looking for Plant Inspector to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.Overall Plant Operations: They oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production, manufacturing processes, equipment maintenance, quality control, and inventory management.Production Planning and Scheduling: They develop production schedules, allocate resources, and coordinate production activities to meet production targets and customer demand while optimizing efficiency and minimizing downtime.Quality Assurance and Control: They implement and enforce quality control measures and standards to ensure that products meet quality specifications and customer requirements. They monitor production processes, conduct inspections, and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain product quality.Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance: They ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards in plant operations. They implement safety protocols, conduct safety inspections, and promote a culture of safety among plant staff to prevent accidents and injuries.Budget Management and Cost Control: They manage plant budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and maximize profitability. They analyze production costs, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve productivity.Staff Supervision and Training: They oversee plant personnel, including production staff, supervisors, technicians, and support staff. They provide leadership, guidance, and support to plant employees, delegate tasks, and ensure that staff receive adequate training and development opportunities.
