Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Lead and support the HR operations at the manufacturing plant.
- This includes end-to-end management of blue-collar hiring, handling employee grievances, contract labour administration, payroll processing and time & attendance systems.
- Independently manage hiring for blue-collared workforce and skilled/unskilled labour.
- Resolve employee grievances with a focus on maintaining industrial harmony.
- Oversee contract labour compliance and vendor coordination.
- Monitor and manage time office operations and biometric attendance systems.
Preferred candidate profile
- Deep understanding of labour laws and contract labour regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Proactive in managing blue-collar workforce challenges.
- Hands-on experience with payroll and T&A systems.
