Job Description

We at MEIL are looking for Planning Engineer for Highspeed Rail Project (Underground Station)

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra

Education: BE/B Tech in Civil Engineering/

Nicmar - ACM/QSCM

Experience: 7 - 12 yrs

Note: Metro projects Experience is preferable

Role & responsibilities

Prepare the project schedule and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) in Primavera P6.
Update daily, weekly, and monthly progress in the P6 schedule.
Monitor project progress against the baseline schedule.
Identify critical activities and monitor the critical path.
Prepare two-week and monthly look-ahead schedules for site execution.
Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and the project team to collect progress data.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, S-curves, and dashboards.
Analyze delays and suggest recovery plans to meet project deadlines.
Monitor manpower, equipment, and resource utilization to support timely completion.
Attend progress review meetings with the client, consultant, and project management team, and provide schedule updates.
