Pharma Research ( Primary ) Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Pharma Research Analyst to join our team
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting primary research, analyzing data, and preparing reports on the pharmaceutical industry
The ideal candidate should have excellent analytical and research skills, as well as experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct primary research by designing and executing surveys, interviews, and focus groups to gather relevant data from target audiences.
Analyze primary research data using statistical methods and qualitative analysis techniques to identify trends and insights.
Develop reports and presentations based on research findings, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide research support to other departments, including marketing, sales, and product development.
Monitor and analyze industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities or threats.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of industry and market developments, and share insights with the wider team.

Requirements:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field.
2-3 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical research, market research, or a related field.
Knowledge of research methodologies, including survey design, sampling, and data analysis.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use statistical analysis tools and interpret data effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and concise reports and presentations.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and statistical analysis software.
