Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads via fieldwork, referrals, and calls
- Explain loan products and convert prospects
- Assess customer needs and recommend suitable loans
- Handle documentation and coordinate loan processing
- Achieve sales targets and maintain client relationships
- Follow compliance guidelines and track market trends
Requirements:
- Graduate (preferred) with 03 years of sales experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of financial products
- Target-driven and self-motivated
Skills:
- Sales, customer handling, problem-solving, time management
- Basic computer/CRM knowledge
