Performance Manager

Job Description

Develop and implement performance management policies, procedures, and programs
Monitor and evaluate the performance of individuals and teams, providing feedback and coaching as necessary
Work with department heads to identify key performance indicators and metrics that measure performance and track progress towards goals
Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement and develop action plans to address these issues
Develop training programs and materials to improve employee skills and knowledge and promote continuous learning and development
Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports, communicating performance metrics and insights to senior management and stakeholders
Provide guidance and support to managers and supervisors on how to manage and improve the performance of their teams
