Job Description

Budgeting, Forecasting and Liaison with Departmental Heads for all Manpower requirements.
Recruitment (End to End), Selection (Interview) Induction of newcomers.
Supervision of day to day working of Time Office; Implementation of suggestion schemes for better functioning Handling Labour Contractors; Managing required Manpower Strength.
Gather and analyse data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training development initiatives.

Collecting necessary document, filling up of Statutory Forms, Preparing HR Files, Issuing of Appointment Letter, Preparing Service cards, Introduction of Company norms, Arrangement of System, Email ID, CUG SIM etc., Writing Welcome Note.
Handling of HR Audit - Internal and External Audit
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
Handling all type of Staff Labour related issues; Provide Welfare Facilities; Regular Counselling Avail basic need of Labourers/workers; Seek to make continuous improvement; To solve/manage their problems/grievances.
Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)

Ideal candidate:

Graduate or Postgraduate in HR, with at least 3 to 5 Years experience working as a PLANT HR / IR, Warehouse supply chain/Business HR.
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus
Excellent communication and people skills
Aptitude in problem-solving
