Job Title: PD Assistant (Product Development Assistant)

Department: Jewellery Merchandising

Reporting To: Senior Jewellery Merchandiser

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented PD Assistant to support the Senior Jewellery Merchandiser in product development and merchandising activities. The ideal candidate should have basic experience in PowerPoint, Excel, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Senior Jewellery Merchandiser in product development coordination.
Prepare and maintain product presentations (PPTs) for internal and buyer meetings.
Create and update Excel sheets for costing, order tracking, sampling status, and inventory.
Coordinate with design, production, and sampling teams for timely updates.
Maintain product data, images, and documentation records.
Follow up on sample development and approvals.
Support in preparing client presentations and collection briefs.
Handle day-to-day communication with internal teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in B.Com, Fashion, Jewellery Design, Merchandising, or a related field.
Freshers are welcome to apply; 03 years of relevant experience in Jewellery merchandising/product development will be an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Excel (basic formulas, data organization) and MS PowerPoint (presentation creation).
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
