Role & responsibilities
1. Collection of feedback from the patient
2. Collection of real-time patient experience feedback
3. Handling patients complaints and resolve them as per patients satisfaction
4. Collecting the feedback from the out patient and in patient and share it to the respective dept. for final solution
5. Handling the info email and taking facility round of the patient wards
