B.Sc./M.Sc. Nutrition / B , Pharm / M.Pharm / BDS / BAMS / BHMS
Supervised by Program Manager Operational Hours Flexible, 6 days per week
Minimum 2 year in patient counselling and sales conversion

Languages Known Good communication skills with fluency in English and at least one local language

Travel Yes, on daily basis

Overview of responsibilities-:

We are in search of a qualified and committed Patient Counsellor to join our team
The successful candidate will be accountable for delivering counseling services to patients concerning Nerivio usage, treatment adherence, both at doctor s clinics and in patient s residences
Additionally, they will play a pivotal role in converting patient leads by promoting and selling Nerivio devices
This position requires flexible working hours, daily travel to clinics and patient homes, and interaction with healthcare professionals and patients

Key Responsibilities-:

1) Patient Counselling: Deliver comprehensive counseling to patient s regarding Nerivio, its usage, and treatment adherence at doctor's clinics and patient s homes

2) Sales Conversion: Effectively communicate the benefits of Nerivio devices to convert patient leads into sales. Assist interested patient s in purchasing the device, either at the clinic or via the Chabot.

3) Device Demo: Showcase the features and functionality of Nerivio devices through demonstrations held at doctor's clinics and patient s homes.

4) Onboarding Assistance: Aid patients in the onboarding process via WhatsApp Chabot, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.

5) Device Management: Maintain the functionality and appearance of Nerivio devices by ensuring proper storage and organization.

6) Data Management: Accurately record clinic and patient home visits, along with patient details. Update patient information in the Portea portal as necessary.

7) Coordination: Collaborate efficiently with internal Portea teams, providing timely updates on patient interactions and sales.

Skills-: Proficient communication skills in English and proficiency in at least one local language. Availability for a six-day workweek with daily travel requirements. Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team. Demonstrated strong interpersonal abilities and a customer service-oriented approach. Familiarity with healthcare devices and treatments is advantageous.

Notes-: The Counsellor will work from various doctor s clinics, potentially covering morning and evening shifts, and may be required to travel to patient s homes.
