Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Partner Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 14 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the Management Consulting industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates for successful placements.
Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates.
Manage the full recruitment process from start to finish.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
Analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes and outcomes.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the Management Consulting industry.
Strong knowledge of recruitment principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with recruitment software and tools is an advantage.
