Job Description
Role: Paint Process Manager
Job Location: Thiruvallur-Plant
Mode of work: WFO
Experience: 8+ Years
- Extensive experience in paint application processes, preferably in automotive, aerospace, or industrial coatings
- Strong knowledge of paint chemistry, application methods (spray, dip, etc.), and equipment.
- Experience with automated painting systems, robotic painting, and CAD software for designing painting processes is a plus.
- Strong background in lean manufacturing, risk management, and quality tools.
- Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO 9001, TS16949, or similar certifications.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing certifications.
