Overseas Operations Manager

Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Overseas Operations & Logistics Manage end-to-end international operations including shipping, customs, import/export documentation, and clearance. Ensure compliance with international trade laws, DGFT, HS Codes, and FTA documentation. Handle relationships with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers. Coordinate with overseas partners for smooth product delivery and reverse logistics. 2. Inventory & Stock Management Supervise global inventory levels and implement systems for accurate stock tracking. Develop stock transfer protocols between domestic and international warehouses/stores. Conduct stock audits and generate regular inventory reports. Oversee proper storage, insurance, and security of diamond and silver jewellery stock. 3. Import & Export Compliance Prepare and verify all import/export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and hallmarking documents. Ensure proper valuation of jewellery items for customs and duties calculation. Liaise with government agencies for timely approvals, certifications, and clearances. 4. Exhibition & Event Coordination Plan, coordinate, and execute international exhibitions and trade shows. Handle logistics of transporting jewellery for exhibitions, ensuring security and compliance. Collaborate with marketing and creative teams for stall design, branding, and promotions. Travel overseas to supervise event execution and represent AMYRA SILVER. 5. Vendor & Partner Coordination Build and maintain strong relationships with international dealers, agents, distributors, and partners.
