Job Description
A: Client Engagement:
Build and nurture strong client relationships byunderstanding their needs and challenges.
Collaborate with clients to develop tailored solutions thataddress their specific requirements.
B: Sales Targets:
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets by effectivelycommunicating the value of Go Gauge Logistics products and services.
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth andrevenue.
C: Proposal and Presentation:
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations andproposals to prospective clients.
Highlight the unique value propositions and benefits of GoGauge Logistics offerings.
D: Negotiation:
Skillfully negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and termsto secure new business while ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
Resolve objections and concerns effectively to close deals.
E: KPI Achievement:
Develop a deep understanding of Key Performance Indicators(KPIs) and work diligently to meet and exceed them.
Track and report on progress towards KPIs regularly.
Requirements
Requirements
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in arelated field.
Proven track record with at least 5+ years ofexperience in logistics and sales, preferably in a key account management role.
Excellent communication and negotiation skillsto effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
Proficiency in logistics software and tools,including familiarity with supply chain management systems.
Strong problem-solving abilities and acustomer-focused mindset to address client challenges effectively
