Job Description

Senior NetSuite Consultant isresponsible for interacting with business end users and other key stakeholdersto identify the business requirements, and mapping/ designing of businessrequirements into complex ERP processes that integrate large volumes of ordersfrom multiple sources, monitoring, troubleshooting, tracking and documenting.
Provide NetSuite consultingexpertise and assist with data analysis, reporting needs, continuousimprovement initiatives, change management and support for optimal usage withinNetSuite.
Creating mapping between NetsuiteERP and other applications.
Serve as the main point of contactfor business functions and be the first line of support for any clientquestions or issues.
Lead financial and accountingimplementations including design of chart of accounts, distribution, invoicing,fixed asset management, and accounting processes such as Accounts Payable(A/P), Accounts Receivable (A/R), and Financial Reporting.
Conduct demos on new solutions to business endusers.

Requirements

Identify newenhancements/improvements such as upgrading the systems to newer versions toget full benefit of product to keep the business on top of competitors toimprove business processes.

Conducts CRP sessions withdifferent stakeholders.

Responsible for designingdifferent reports, data extracts, data uploads, dashboards and provide supportto ongoing/existing reports and dashboards. Provide status report on weeklybasis.

Build standardized test plans andmetrics that measure quality, test coverage that can be automated and scale.

Troubleshoot issues that ariseduring configuration sessions.

Provide on-going postimplementation support to optimize user adoption and NetSuite configuration.

Proven ability to make excel in afast-paced environment.

Support in Pre Sales, demos and estimates as anwhen required.

Ensure weekly Client reporting and support toProject Management team
