Job Description
logistics , coordinating with vendors, and supervising on-site operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of event production, including logistics , scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
- Oversee the setup, execution, and teardown of events.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Monitor event budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Negotiat e with Vendors for the best possible rates .
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during event execution.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless event delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in event operations or production management.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of event logistics , production techniques, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours and travel as needed.
