We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations Executive to manage service operations for Material Handling Equipment (MHE). The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating preventive maintenance schedules, assigning service engineers, handling customer service requests, preparing quotations, and ensuring timely completion of service activities while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Schedule and monitor Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities.
• Coordinate and assign service engineers for customer visits.
• Follow up with customers and obtain service visit confirmations.
• Manage warranty service requests and allocate engineers accordingly.
• Prepare and follow up on service and spare parts quotations.
• Negotiate commercial offers with customers when required.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
• Maintain service records, reports, and operational documentation.
• Ensure timely closure of service calls and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of service operations.

Key Skills:

• Graduate or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or any relevant discipline.
• 23 years of experience in Service Coordination, Service Operations, or the Material Handling Equipment (MHE) industry.
• Strong knowledge of Preventive Maintenance (PM) planning and service scheduling.
• Experience in coordinating field service engineers and managing customer service requests.
• Hands-on experience in warranty management and spare parts coordination.
• Ability to prepare service quotations and negotiate commercial offers with customers.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and complaint resolution skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/CRM systems for service tracking and reporting.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to ensure timely closure of service activities while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
