Operations Executive

Job Description

Oversee Same-Day Delivery/Fulfillment Operations at our dark store (Inbound,
Outbound, Inventory Management, etc).
Work closely with D2C/Ice-Cream/E-Commerce Brands and
support them in expansion/growth in Pune.
Ensure ~100% success rate in Same-Day Fulfillment & adhere to dark store SLAs.
Manage & motivate the dark store team (inventory controllers, pickers, packers,
store captains, and delivery riders).
Coordinate with COCO and FOCO stores to ensure consistent operations.
Weekly audits, COD reconciliation, hiring, & MIS reporting to Management.
Help create a rockstar culture amongst the team to scale to profitability.

Qualifications
3-7 years of Operations or Warehousing Experience, preferably at E-
commerce/Supply Chain/Warehousing/Logistics tech companies.
MUST have strong communication & team management skills
You must have hands-on experience using warehouse management systems
(WMS), ERP, inventory management software, etc.
You must have a local network of warehousing/operations/last- mile staff.
