Job Description
Role & responsibilities
1.Technical supervision of O&M sites - STPs, ETPs, ZLD & WTPs plants
2. Resource management &; all location of manpower at site
3. Daily reporting for the flawless operation and maintenance of STPs, ETPs, ZLD & WTPs plants
4. Data preparation and analysis on daily/weekly/monthly
5. Site review meeting with clients and review of supervisor
6. Ensuring safety and health protocols at site
7. Preparation of preventive maintenance schedule to minimise the down time
8. Co-ordination with HR team and site team
9. Cost optimisation initiatives
10. Manpower assessment and training for improvisation of operational controls
11. Induction programs for new operators/asst operators
12. Monthly report review and presentation in house as well as client
13. On site treatability as and when required
14. Preparation of cost sheet for each site in coordination with HR and Purchase department
Preferred candidate profile
Willing to Travel all Pan India.
