Job Description
Role & responsibilities
A. Organizational Development Interventions
- Assist in conceptualizing and executing OD interventions aligned with business strategy.
- Support change management efforts including communication plans, townhall, training rollout.
- Assist in policy formulation and HR process improvement.
B. Performance Management
- Support the annual Performance Management Cycle (goal-setting, annual appraisals).
- Coordinate with HODs for capability mapping, PIP, development planning, and tracking progress.
- Analyse talent data to identify high-potential employees and development needs.
C. Training & Development
- Assist in creating annual training calendars and tracking implementation.
- Schedule training programs and maintain training records.
- Measure and report effectiveness of training interventions (ROI, feedback analytics).
- Support in implementing LMS
D. Employee Engagement & Culture Building
- Plan and execute employee engagement programs, surveys, and action planning.
- Support in driving communication campaigns such as townhalls, focus group meetings related to HR programs and OD initiatives.
- Analyse engagement data to propose actionable improvements.
E. Reports:
- Present periodic MIS and project progress reports to HR Leadership and Management.
Analyse attrition analysis and exit reports to red flag to the management
Preferred candidate profile
Designation: Asst. Manager
Qualification & Experience: Post Graduate in Management with specialization in HR Experience: 5-10 years
CTC: Best as per the industry standards
Location: Thane (H. O.)
Preferred Industry: Any Manufacturing industry
