Manage Data Analytics for all the operating sites

Provide inputs to all operational sites through various reports , MIS etc for improvement of performance

Key responsibilities & deliverables

Maintain & Improve digital Analytical Platforms like AOMS and other analytics Platforms

Drive Data Analytics team to ensure right alerts reach the concerned sites

Carry of detailed analysis of the Operational sites and provide details of performance gaps to all the concerned

Provide critical inputs to Head OMS & Head QHSE & Tech Support

Ensure the digital platforms are updated all the time

CMS implementation and performance monitoring

Portfolio analysis for continuous improvements.

Lead & Implement AI based digital solutions

Closely monitor forecasting and scheduling processes

Ensure the right information is provided to all the stakeholders like corporate finance, regulatory, OMS , Insurance, Strategy, Accounts & Top management

Coordinate with sits for configuration of new sites addition in AOMS and other digital platforms

To appoint QCAs for new sites

Monitor DSM performance of all sites

Measurables

Monthly MIS report, Digital Platform uptime, New initiative implementation, Timely support to stakeholders, on time alerts & notification

Sphere of influence

Site incharges, regional heads OMS , Project Managers, IT team, Strategy team, Insurance team

Key competencies (Technical & behavioural)

Knowledge in renewable energy sector. Wind, Solar, BESS

Ability to guide, lead, train, communicate & escalate effectively.

Ability to coordinate with OEMS

Systematic thinking & interpersonal skill

Ability to define, measure, analyze and improve the productivity.

Ability to work on digital Platforms

Use of AI effectively for analysis

Educational qualifications

B.Tech/ BE in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics engineering . M.Tech is desirable.

Experience

Minimum 12+ years of experience in renewable energy sector in Data & Performance analysis

Must have worked with minimum of 3000 MW operations

Must have led a team of engineers

Experience in wind and solar energy

Handling OEM's vendors, stakeholders & employees effectively.
