Job Description

Position: QA Manager / Sr. Manager Quality Assurance
Location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai

We are looking for an experienced QA Manager / Sr. Manager to lead the Quality Assurance function at our Mahape manufacturing plant. The role will focus on strengthening quality systems, managing market complaints, and driving effective root cause analysis and CAPA implementation.

The candidate will work closely with Production, QC, Supply Chain, and Technical teams to investigate product quality issues, ensure timely resolution of market complaints, and maintain strong compliance with internal quality standards.

Key Requirements:

10–18 years of QA experience in chemical / specialty chemical / pharma manufacturing
Strong exposure to market complaint investigations and customer quality issues
Expertise in RCA, CAPA, deviations, and plant QMS
Experience handling internal / external audits and regulatory compliance

Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc Chemistry or Chemical Engineering preferred.
