We have an opening for L2 Networking Security at Mumbai

Location - Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

Provide L2 support for FortiGate and Cisco FTD/Firepower firewalls.
Manage and troubleshoot FMC, firewall policies, NAT, ACL, VPN and routing.
Troubleshoot IPsec/SSL VPN, traffic flow, packet drops and connectivity issues.
Monitor firewall health, logs, alerts and security events.
Perform approved firewall configuration changes and rule implementation.
Troubleshoot HA/failover and firewall-related incidents.
Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLAN, Routing & Switching, OSPF and BGP.
Perform packet captures and analyze traffic using appropriate troubleshooting tools.
Handle L2 incidents, changes and service requests within SLA.
Coordinate with L3 Network/Security teams and OEM vendors for complex issues.
Participate in 24x7 shift/on-call support, if required.
