Job Description
Urgent Hiring HR Recruiter
Location: Thane (Wagle Estate)
Position: HR Recruiter
Salary: Up to 26,000 per month + PF & ESIC
Eligibility:
- HSC or Graduate
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment/bulk hiring
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Immediate joiners preferred
Job Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals and social media
- Screen profiles and schedule interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers
- Follow up with candidates until joining
- Maintain recruitment records and achieve hiring targets
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Weekly Off: Sunday
