Job Description

1. HRMS & Automation

• Manage and optimize HRMS systems and related automation processes
• Ensure accurate employee data management and reporting
• Drive HR digital transformation initiatives
• Integrate payroll, attendance, leave, and benefits modules
• Generate HR dashboards and MIS reports

2. ESOP & Annual Fees

• Administer ESOP lifecycle (grant, vesting, exercise, exit)
• Coordinate with finance, legal, and external consultants
• Manage ESOP documentation and compliance
• Handle annual statutory and regulatory filings related to ESOP

3. Insurance Management

• Manage group medical, life, and accident insurance policies
• Coordinate renewals, negotiations, and vendor management
• Handle employee insurance queries and claims support
• Analyze utilization and recommend cost optimization strategies

4. Payroll & Statutory Compliances (MBL & MAL)

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, LWF, etc.)
• Liaise with auditors and consultants
• Manage payroll audits and documentation
• Ensure timely statutory filings and payments

5. Car Lease Program

• Administer company car lease policy and vendor coordination
• Ensure compliance with taxation rules
• Maintain documentation and employee eligibility records

6. Salary Benchmarking & Compensation Analytics

• Conduct market benchmarking studies
• Support annual compensation review cycles
• Analyze pay structures and internal equity
• Provide insights on compensation trends and cost impact

7. Employee Masters & Data Governance

• Maintain accurate employee master database
• Ensure data integrity and confidentiality
• Manage employee lifecycle documentation (onboarding to exit)
• Support internal and external audits

8. Other Employee Benefits & Programs

• Administer flexible benefits, reimbursements, and wellness initiatives
• Manage leave policies and benefit communications
• Recommend enhancements to employee benefits framework
