Role & responsibilities

ASDFLO is looking for a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary partner clinic , one of the largest Autism care Network in India, working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, developmental delays, sensory processing difficulties, and other neurodevelopmental conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess childrens sensory, motor, functional, and developmental needs.
• Plan and conduct individualized Occupational Therapy sessions.
• Work on sensory processing and regulation, fine and gross motor skills, motor planning, coordination, attention, hyperactivity, and Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Develop individualized therapy goals and intervention plans.
• Maintain therapy records and regularly monitor the childs progress.
• Guide and train parents in activities and strategies that can be continued at home.
• Collaborate with Speech Therapists, Special Educators, Behavior Therapists, Psychologists, and other professionals as part of an integrated multidisciplinary team.
• Participate in case discussions, progress reviews, and professional training programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (BOT/MOT) from a recognized institution.
• Freshers as well as experienced candidates may apply.
• Experience working with children with autism and other neurodevelopmental conditions will be preferred.

Required Skills

Pediatric OT skills, sensory integration, child development, assessment and intervention planning, parent counselling, communication skills, teamwork, empathy, and experience with children with neurodevelopmental conditions.
