Handling multiple chats simultaneously from customers and resolve their queries.
Maintain high customer satisfaction
Analyse Fraud and give resolution.
CIBIL: 680+
UAN check mandatory
Location: Malad East (Training Malad east or west)

Excellent verbal and written communication in English
Ability to handle customers with patience and empathy
Shift: Rotational (Including night shift)
Week offs: 5 days working any 2 off
