Job Description
Hiring: NonIT Recruiter Oil & Gas Industry Goregaon East, Mumbai | 6 months 6 yrs exp | Onsite
CTC - 35 K PM max
Were seeking dynamic recruiters to drive talent acquisition for the Oil & Gas sector. You’ll manage endtoend hiring, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and closure.
Key Details:
- Vacancies: 6
- Experience: at least 1 year
- Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai (Work from Office)
- Interview Mode: FacetoFace at Goregaon office(after shortlisting, share CV)
- Industry Focus: Oil & Gas (NonIT recruitment)
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates via portals, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Screen profiles and assess fit for technical/nonIT roles.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to close positions within timelines.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong communication & stakeholder management skills.
- Prior exposure to Oil & Gas or heavy industries preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple mandates simultaneously.
