Job Description

We are hiring freshers with strong English communication skills for a US Voice Technical Support role with Sutherland (on payroll).

Role Details:
• Position: Technical Support US Voice
• Shift: Night shift (rotational)
• Work Type: Full-time | On payroll
• Location: Airoli -Navi Mumbai

Compensation & Benefits:
• 20,000 in-hand salary
• Travel allowance: 3,550 (if both ways managed by candidate)
• Monthly incentives: 2,750
• Overtime pay: 400 per hour
• Patty incentives: Up to 18,000

Eligibility:
• Freshers are welcome
• Good English communication skills required
• Willingness to work night shifts
