Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Configure, manage, and troubleshoot network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls
Monitor network performance and ensure high availability and reliability
Handle L2/L3 level troubleshooting and resolve network issues
Work on network protocols like TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.
Support MPLS, VPN (L2/L3), and VLAN configurations
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution
Maintain network documentation and reports
Provide support for NOC operations and incident management

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of Routing Switching
Hands-on experience with Cisco / Juniper / Huawei devices
Knowledge of MPLS, BGP, OSPF, VLAN, STP
Experience in Network Monitoring Tools (NMS)
Understanding of Firewall and Security concepts
Good troubleshooting and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

B.E./B.Tech in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Certifications like CCNA / CCNP are preferred
Experience in Telecom/ISP environment is an added advantage
