Network Admin - L3 Support Engineer

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless networks.
Monitor network performance, availability, and security.
Troubleshoot connectivity, hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Implement and manage network security measures, including firewalls and IDS/IPS.
Perform network upgrades, maintenance, backups, and configuration changes.
Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and incident reports.
Coordinate with IT teams, vendors, and service providers.
Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and best practices.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing, and switching.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on experience with network devices and security solutions.
Good communication and documentation skills.
