Job Title: NetSuite FSM Consultant

Experience: 2-5 Years

Location Mumbai & Delhi

Work from office

Were looking for a NetSuite FSM professional who can help implement and optimize Field Service Management solutions. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, understand service workflows, and configure NetSuite FSM to improve scheduling, dispatch, and field operations.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in end-to-end NetSuite FSM implementations (discovery deployment support)
Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Field Service Management, overseeing the complete project lifecycle from initiation to successful delivery.
Led cross-functional teams in requirement gathering, solution design, and implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Successfully delivered cross-cloud integrations between Salesforce and NetSuite, enabling seamless data flow and optimized service operations.
Gather and document business requirements for field service processes
Configure FSM modules including:
Work Orders
Scheduling & Dispatch
Mobile Field Service
Inventory & Parts Management
Customize workflows, forms, and scripts (basic level expected)
Integrate FSM with other NetSuite modules (ERP, CRM, Inventory)
Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support go-live activities
Provide user training and documentation
Troubleshoot system issues and provide post-implementation support
Collaborate with technical teams for advanced customization/integrations
