Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Deep product knowledge of Cable products ( LT/HT Cables , MV Cables MVCC etc)
Having experience in dealing with Transmission / Distribution Utilies in India , RE developers etc . B2G , B2B ,B2C experience
Having good customer base in PAN India including Indian EPCs. Expereince in dealing International Customers are added advantage
Responsible for driving cables business with focused approach and strategy which includes Customers retention, increase in Customer base, Payment Collection , Monthly MIS etc
Analyze market trends & customer needs . Develop marketing plans for acheving business objectives
Conduct market research to find customer needs, market trends, and competitor analysis.
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and market share
Creates monthly sales forecasts. Develops strategies to reach sales goals.
Responsible for implementing and executing all Business Plan. Ensure set sales target is being achieved every month
Create marketing campaigns across various channels, like digital, print, and social media.
Collaborate with Cross functional Teams to ensure alignment of Sales goals
Network at various levels to bring more business opportunity

Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities.
Establish distributor /agent agreement, set up budget and support the distributor to grow Cable Business
Innovative in creating Blue ocean strategy / Guiding Operations Team in New product development.
