MUTHOOT HOUSING FINANCE COMPANY LIMITED is looking for National Collections Manager to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey- Oversee the collections team and ensure timely collection of receivables
- Develop and implement collection strategies to minimize overdue accounts
- Monitor aging reports and prioritize collection efforts accordingly
- Communicate with customers regarding payment arrangements and resolutions
- Analyze delinquent accounts and recommend appropriate actions
- Prepare regular reports on collection performance and trends
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve billing and payment discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations related to collections
